Ridge Quest started as a group chat where four friends kept arguing about which mobile RPG actually respected your time. At some point we figured we might as well write it all down instead of repeating ourselves every week. So here we are, still arguing, now with screenshots.

We focus on story-driven and adventure games on phones because that's what we genuinely enjoy. If a game has a world worth exploring or a character sheet worth tinkering with, it lands on our list. We don't chase every new release — we pick the ones that look like they have something to say.,Every game we cover gets real playtime. No skimming the tutorial and calling it a review. Someone on the team sinks a few evenings into it, hits the mid-game wall, and reports back on whether the progression curve feels fair or just stingy.,We keep the site small on purpose. It's easier to stay honest when nobody is paying us to be nice. If we didn't like something, we'll say why, and if we loved it, we'll tell you what to expect before you install.
